January 7, 2021 Dear COSA Retirees, Happy New Year to you and your families!  We want to touch base with you regarding a few items. First, the RECOSA Board met Tuesday, January 5, 2021 via Zoom and elected officers for 2021.  Rebecca Waldman will serve as Chair and Liz Garcia will serve as Vice Chair.
