Dear COSA Retirees,
Happy New Year to you and your families! We want to touch base with you regarding a few items. First, the RECOSA Board met Tuesday, January 5, 2021 via Zoom and elected officers for 2021. Rebecca Waldman will serve as Chair and Liz Garcia will serve as Vice Chair. John German will continue to serve as Treasurer, Pat Peak as Recording Secretary, and Stephen Haney as Corresponding Secretary. We will be meeting again on February 2 to discuss our plans for 2021. Also, you are probably aware that COVID-19 vaccinations are now locally available for anyone over 65 which includes many of us. Various sites have been or will be offering vaccinations, some on a first-come first-serve basis and others requiring an appointment. It is important to check with your doctor, pharmacy or any organization offering the vaccine before you go as appointments may be required. If no appointments are currently available, please keep checking back periodically.
