Mayor Julian Castro and the San Antonio City Council have appointed a Task Force to review the cost of healthcare and pension expenses for uniform, civilian, and retired City employees.  The Healthcare & Retirement Task Force includes employees, retirees, business leaders and subject matter experts.   We are pleased  Rebecca Waldman, a member of the RECOSA Board and chair of the RECOSA Health Benefits Committee, has been appointe to represent civilian retirees on the Task Force.
